Winner of the 2008 Rowland Hill Award

Award will be accepted at the Awards Ceremony of the 2008 Southeastern Stamp Show. Click here for Press Release.

The Rowland Hill Award is named after Sir Rowland Hill, creator of the first postage stamp, and is awarded to the person that has done the most to further the hobby in the southeast.
